- The point of the Antilog blog was originally to have a single log that I would log in all the important stuff I was doing, like a kind of meta-blog. I say meta-blog because I have 40 or 50 separate blogs.
- I keep logs of every website I visit as well as the themes of my art and research. Here is a list of items on that log from November 22nd, 2019 to December 12th, 2019. I could go on, but it's been long enough just gathering this list.

* I noticed an emergent phenomenon in my band practise yesterday;
* I found that we developed a consensus mechanism;
* The basic idea is that every member has veto power on any vote/decision;
* This emerged spontaneously, without intention, design, and planning;
* All it takes is one person having even the slightest doubt and the song gets scrapped;
* Only the songs that we are all in consensus with passes onto the next stage;
* We develop a set-list of songs over our jam sessions throughout the year;
* Some new songs entire and new songs get retired;
* We have an abundance of material, so if someone isn't sure about a song, we shelve it;
* We are basically like three Judges; After every song we play, we do a vote;
* It works, so far it has made the best music;
* The main question is, Do we want to continue working on this song, or do we scrap it?;
* The process is not time-consuming, they are just decisions, choices, aesthetic ones, judgements of taste if you will, in the Kantian sense;
* We also have the same mechanism for adding new members to the band, because we've been talking about maybe getting a second guitarist;
* Same as with every other kind of vote, if someone has even a doubt about this person, if we don't "feel" it.. because it all has to do with gut feeling, 100% gut feeling.. if we don't feel it, we veto PASS.. onto the next item in the interminable list of decisions to make when you're an organization.

* I just came across some old tweets of mine that I want to share with you. I'm constantly trying to reinvent myself, which is a yearlong affair. I will be posting more soon.
